Visitors may not park on levels 1-4, nor in any space marked reserved. The building will tow violators of this policy at their expense. The immigration court rule at 8 CFR 1003.33 says that any foreign language document offered by a party in a proceeding must be accompanied by an English language translation and a certification signed by the translator, printed legibly or typed.
