1. Upload your document
Take a photo with your phone or upload a PDF. Add every page, including the back if it has stamps, notes or an apostille.
JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF and DOCX files work, up to 50 MB per file. If a corner is cut off or a stamp is blurry, we ask for a better shot before any work starts.
2. See the price and the delivery date
Tell us the document type, the language it is in, and who the translation is for. The site shows the exact price, from $23.70 per document, and the delivery date right after upload.
Certification is included at no extra charge. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
3. Pay by card, or wait for a manual quote
Most orders are paid by card right away, through our payment provider. Work starts once the payment is received.
Some documents need a look before they can be priced: unusual layouts, faint scans, long files. Those orders are marked for a manual quote. We review the files and send the price by email, and you pay by link only after you accept it.
4. A native speaker translates and checks every name
One translator handles the whole order and reads the original, not a machine. It is translated in full: every entry, stamp, seal and handwritten note.
Before the file goes out, every name is compared with the passport spelling you gave us, and every date and number is checked against the original. Dates are written in the US format, with the original in brackets where it matters.
5. Delivery as one PDF in your account
You receive one PDF: the translation, the signed certificate of accuracy, and a copy of the original. It appears in your account on or before the date in your quote.
We do not send documents by email. Sign in with your email and the one-time code to download the file whenever you need it. A notarized hard copy, if ordered, is mailed to the address you give us.
6. Corrections and questions
Open the PDF and read it through. If a name, date or number in our translation is wrong, tell us and it is corrected at no charge. If the office receiving your document asks for a change in our translation, that is free as well.
Changes to the original document, or a new document, are a new order. Questions before or after you pay go to the same person who does the work, by message from your account or by phone.
