This Agreement is between POV Group Inc, Los Angeles, California ("POV", "we") and {CLIENT_NAME}, {CLIENT_EMAIL} ("you"). It applies to order {ORDER_ID} placed on {DATE} and to every later order you place through this website.
We translate the documents you upload from {SOURCE_LANGUAGE} into {TARGET_LANGUAGE}. Each translation is complete: every entry, stamp, seal and handwritten note is translated or described. When you select certification, we attach a Certificate of Translation Accuracy signed by the translator, in the form accepted by USCIS.
The price shown in your quote is fixed for the documents you uploaded. If, after opening the files, we find that the document type, page count or legibility differs materially from what was declared, we send you a revised quote before starting. No work starts and nothing is charged beyond the accepted quote without your approval.
Payment is due when you place the order, by card through our payment provider. Orders marked "manual quote" are paid by the link we send after the price is confirmed. Work begins after payment is received.
We deliver the translation as a PDF in your account on this website on or before the delivery date shown in your quote. A notarized hard copy, when ordered, is mailed to the address you give us. We do not send documents by email.
Names are transliterated to match the spelling in the passport or prior filings you give us. If you do not provide a spelling, we use standard transliteration and say so. Dates are rendered in the US format with the original in brackets where needed.
Please check the delivered file: if a name, date or number is wrong in the translation, we correct it at no charge.
Your documents are stored on our own server, are used only to prepare your translation and are not shared with anyone outside the work on your order. Files are deleted {RETENTION_DAYS} days after the order is closed or earlier on your written request.
If a receiving office asks for a change in a translation we made, we make it free of charge. Changes to the original document or a new document are a new order.
You may cancel in writing (email or the message in your account). Before work has begun you receive a full refund. After work has begun, the completed part is charged and the rest is refunded.
All communication and payment for translation work go through this website. You agree not to engage our translators outside of it for the same work.
We are translators, not attorneys, and do not give legal advice or guarantee the outcome of any filing. Our liability under an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
