Who does the work
Our translators are certified and translate from Russian and Ukrainian into English. Each of them is a native speaker of the language your document is written in. Every order is done by one translator, from the first page to the signed certificate.
There is no project manager between you and the translator. The person who opens your files is the person who answers when you have a question afterwards.
How we work
Your translator reads the original, not a machine: Soviet booklets, bilingual Ukrainian forms, handwritten registry entries, faded stamps. Every entry, seal and margin note is translated or described, never skipped.
Names are matched to your passport spelling and to filings you already made. Dates and numbers are checked against the original before the PDF goes out. If a word is truly unreadable, the translation says so instead of guessing. The certificate of accuracy is signed by the translator who did the work.
POV Group Inc
POVO is the working name of POV Group Inc, a company based in Los Angeles, California. Orders, payment and delivery run through this website, and your files stay on our own server.
We are translators, not attorneys. We do not give legal advice and do not promise the outcome of any filing. What you get is a complete translation, a fixed price, and a delivery date agreed in writing.
How to reach us
Before you order, use the contact form or call or text. After you order, write from your account. Either way, the reply comes from the person doing the work, not from a support desk.
