From $23.70 per document, and what that covers

Every page of your document is translated in full, priced by word count from $23.70 per document. That covers the translation itself, the signed certificate of accuracy, the check of names and dates against your passport and the original, and delivery as one PDF in your account.

There is no separate fee for certification, for formatting, or for the copy of the original attached to the file.

What counts as a page

A page is one side of your document with something on it. A birth certificate is usually one page, or two if there are stamps or notes on the back. A passport is the data page plus any page with a stamp or visa you need translated.

Blank sides are not counted. A longer document, such as a court decision or a diploma supplement, is counted by its actual pages, and the count is shown with your quote before you pay.

Certification is included

Every translation comes with a Certificate of Translation Accuracy, signed and dated by the translator. It states that the translator knows both languages and that the translation is complete and accurate, which is what USCIS, courts and universities ask for.

It is free. If you want a translation for your own reading and do not need the certificate, uncheck it when you order. The price is the same either way.

Rush delivery

The delivery date on your quote is the standard date. If you need the file sooner, choose the rush option when you order. Rush delivery costs 1.5 times the standard price.

The rush price and the rush date are shown with your quote, before you pay, and the date shown is the date kept.

Notarized copies and apostille

USCIS asks for a certified translation and does not require notarization, so most clients need nothing beyond the PDF. Some courts, consulates and foreign offices ask for a notarized hard copy or an apostille.

If the office receiving your document asks for either, tell us when you order. Both are quoted separately, because notary, apostille and mailing costs depend on the order. You see the amount before you pay, the same as the translation itself.

No hidden fees

The amount on your quote is the amount charged. There is no fee for uploading, for a phone photo instead of a scan, for the certificate, for the copy of the original in the PDF, or for correcting a name, date or number in our translation.

Card payments go through our payment provider. Manual quote orders are paid by the link we send once the price is confirmed. Prices are in US dollars.

When the page count differs

Your quote is based on the pages you upload and the count you enter. If, after opening the files, your translator finds that the document type, page count or legibility differs materially from what was declared, you receive a revised quote before any work starts.

Nothing beyond the accepted quote is charged without your approval. The revised quote works both ways: fewer pages than declared means a lower price.
