Parole fee rises to $1,050 on October 16, 2026; Form I-94 fee stays at $24
DHS set the fiscal year 2027 amounts for the parole fee and for ESTA and EVUS fees. The I-94 fee does not change.
The Department of Homeland Security published the fiscal year 2027 inflation adjustment for immigration fees that CBP, USCIS and ICE collect under the H.R. 1 law. The notice covers the fee for parole into the United States, the ESTA fees and the EVUS enrollment fee.
CBP, USCIS and ICE begin charging the new parole fee on October 16, 2026. The USCIS fee notice published the same day puts it at $1,050, up from $1,020. Because of the rounding rule in the law, the fee for Form I-94 applications does not change for fiscal year 2027.
People who are paroled into the United States, including those granted re-parole, and travelers who use ESTA or EVUS.
