The USCIS page for Ukraine, last reviewed on September 3, 2026, shows TPS designated through October 19, 2026. The required dates are continuous residence in the United States since August 16, 2023 and continuous physical presence since October 20, 2023. The last re-registration period ran from January 17 to March 18, 2025.

The most recent Federal Register notice on Ukraine is the extension published on January 17, 2025 (90 FR 5936), which covers April 20, 2025 through October 19, 2026. We checked the Federal Register on October 5, 2026: no notice extending, redesignating or terminating TPS for Ukraine has been published since.

USCIS has not announced a new re-registration period. We will post the decision here when the Department of Homeland Security publishes it.
