Diploma translation, certified for WES and universities
Credential evaluators want a literal translation of the diploma, not an opinion about what the degree equals in the US. That is what you get: the exact title, the qualification line, the numbers and seals, with a signed certificate of accuracy.

Order NowLiteral titles, not equivalents
A diploma names a degree, a qualification and sometimes a specialty, and each is a distinct field. Evaluators compare them with the original, so the translation keeps every term recognizable rather than replacing it with a US label.
Degree title as written
Specialist, Bachelor, Master and Candidate of Sciences stay as they are. Deciding what they equal is the evaluator's work, and a translation that pre-decides it can be questioned.
Qualification and specialty lines
The awarded qualification and the specialty or program are translated word for word, including the program code when one is printed.
Series, number and seals
The diploma series and number, the registration number and the seal of the institution are translated or described.
Institution name, then and now
The institution is named as printed on the diploma. If it has since been renamed, the current name can be added in a translator's note when you tell us.
Diploma or supplement, evaluators want both
The diploma is the short document that names the degree; the supplement is the long one that lists the courses. They are separate pages, priced separately, and evaluators usually ask for both.
Diploma
One page, the degree- A hard-cover folder with a printed insert, or a single printed sheet, with the institution's name, the coat of arms, a series and number
- The graduate's name, the institution, the years of study, the degree and qualification, the specialty or program, the decision of the examination board and the date
- The whole insert or sheet: every field, the form text, the seal, the signatures and the honors line when present
- Asked for by WES and other evaluators, universities, licensing boards and employers
Send the insert open flat, both halves, plus the cover if anything is printed on it.
Diploma supplement
Several pages, the courses- Two to eight pages, folded or stapled, with tables of courses; newer ones bilingual with ECTS columns
- Every course with hours or credits and a grade, practice periods, coursework, the thesis title and the state examination results
- Every page and every row, table mirrored, grades as printed, with the scale stated once
- Asked for by evaluators and universities alongside the diploma, and read more closely than the diploma itself
Send every page including the last one with signatures and the seal; the supplement has its own page on this site.
The whole diploma, not only the degree line
Examination board decision
The line recording the decision of the state examination board, its date and the protocol number is translated in full, because evaluators use it to date the award.
Signatures of the rector and board chair
The signature block names the rector and the chair of the examination board. Their names and titles are transliterated, so the seal and the signatures can be matched to the original.
Years of admission and graduation
The years of study are translated as printed, and the date of the diploma is converted to the US format, so the evaluator can compare them with the supplement.
Translator's notes, clearly marked
Where a term has no direct English equivalent, or where you ask for the institution's current name, a translator's note is added in brackets and marked as a note, never blended into the text.
One translation, accepted where you need to file
The same certified file works for immigration, courts, universities and employers. Say who it is for when you order and the certificate is worded for that office.
USCIS
Green card, citizenship and asylum filings. Certification statement on every page set.
Immigration courts
Same certified translation, laid out page by page so the clerk can compare it with the original.
Universities and WES / ECE
Admissions offices and credential evaluators get the certified English file with the original attached.
Employers and licensing boards
HR departments get the translation with the certificate, ready to attach to an application.

Price My DocumentDiploma translation, the questions we hear most
Is this translation accepted by WES?
WES asks for a complete, literal, word-for-word translation prepared by a translation service, and that is the format we deliver. WES may also require documents sent directly by the institution; that step is separate from the translation.
Do you translate the diploma supplement too?
Yes, as a separate document with its own page count. The diploma is usually one page; the supplement runs several.
Should the degree be called a Bachelor's or a Master's?
It is called what the diploma calls it. A Specialist diploma is translated as a Specialist diploma, and the evaluator decides the equivalence.
My diploma says with honors. Is that translated?
Yes. The honors mark, the red or blue color of the form when relevant, and any additional inscriptions are part of the translation.
How much does it cost and how fast is it?
From $23.70 per document, certification included. A one-page document is usually ready the next business day; the date is confirmed before you pay.
Twenty document types, two languages
Each document and each language has its own page with its own specifics and price. Something else? Upload it and we quote it by hand.
